Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete the following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper may register in order for the paper to appear in the Digital Library and to publish in a Jounral. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Publishing and Listing the papers in the SEARCH Digital Library, » more is absolutely free. Registration Fee includes Print media (five copies) of the individual paper, handling and posting charge.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. The ACEE copyright form is, available at PDF

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard ACEE Double column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. The ACEE’s guidelines, available at PDF | WORD
